If you would like to request the deletion of your account and any associated data, you may do so by following the steps below:

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send us an email at thegiftingera@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

  2. In the email, please include the following details:

    • Your full name

    • The email address or phone number linked to your account

    • Any other information that will help us identify your account

What Happens Next

  • Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity.

  • All associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days (unless we are legally required to retain it).

  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to recover your account or data.

Third-Party Services

If you signed up through a third-party service (e.g., Google or Facebook Login), please note that deleting your data from our app does not automatically delete it from those services. You may need to contact them separately.
